Thanks to our partnership with the local Sunshine Club and the efforts of my favorite volunteer (and a great guy as well...my dear husband!), the library now has rid itself of the ugly cracked flower planter in front of the library and has a beautiful new planter. (Of course, it seems that the city workers are having trouble mowing around it now....sigh.)
